JD I may be over reacting until we know what the test results are but it is something that goes threw your mind. I think the time table is like 60 days but I will have to look it up. That will give me 90 days and in that time I should know something permanent.
I was also thinking........ What if I went in before my physical expires and recertify as exempt no physical required; ride that out till I am able to pass the physical; then recertify as non-exempt. My boss has been allowing me to come in and pick and choose my loads so I can stay working even though it is taking its toll on me. If I fail my physical corporate is going to shut me down any way so having a exempt CDL will not be a issue. Heck then I can find out how good this disability insurance is they take money out of my check for each week.
