Your tires were bought just they were changing the way the measure tires the 18.4/15/30 means its the new size of 18.4/30 to replace the 15/30 tires. The old size measured the rim width the new one measured the tire width. Having both sizes on the same tire is not very common they only did that for a year or so. Hope this helps I have a set of 14/30 tires in good condition they are not as wide as yours they are off a Case LA the La used both 14 and 15 in. Tires. Walt
