The prosecutor just said that he did not know yet if he was going to pursue the death penalty. This is a no brainer. Yet our state is now debating how the death penalty should be done. People, smart people who are elected to represent us, what difference does it make???????? I just shake my head in disbelief. Hang em from a rope, this man does not deserve to breathe another breath. It appears that there is no doubt in anybody's mind that he is guilty. Speedy trial, jury convicts him, judge sentences him, take him to the gallows.
