Jennifer, my experience with Stabil has not been a very good one. I recently worked on several tractors for some folks getting ready to sell the tractors. Stabil had been used in the gasoline and had been there for over a year. On at least two tractors the gasoline had turned to asphalt. It was hardened. Gasoline the same age that had not been treated, although stale, was still in a liquid form. It seems to me that if Stabil is used it should not be used for over one season. If it is, the results are not pretty. I don't like to badmouth anyone's product but this is what I've found. The only thing that would cut the asphalt was a slow soaking with E85. Several heavy duty industrial solvents were used to cut the asphalt and E85 was the only thing to touch it. I'm afraid, given the experience I've had with the product, that I won't be using it in any of my tractors. I'm sorry. Mike
