U-joints go bad all the time, ball joints too, tie rods refuse to take grease after awhile. Trans is a weak link so at that mileage would be a question. Heater/blend door problems in the dash are common and big money to fix. Brakes get rusty and seem a bit small for the size of the truck to me. Hemi is solid but thirsty. Good trucks, but have their issues just like any of them do .
