Found out last week a friend from years ago, lives nearby now, who is paraplegic from falling from a ladder at his house, got a dui on his scooter. Had been golfing, went to local brewhouse with buddies and had three beers. Got his scooter hung up on a concrete curb and first guy by is town cop. Friend barely failed the breathe in the tube test, so cop wrote him up. Also told him he couldn"t use his scooter or another mobile device anywhere in town. He was judge and jury. Friend went to Civil Rights Board in St. Cloud, cop got read the riot act, and friend is back on his scooter. Charge dismissed!
