Legal here in MI. Have a neighbor (alky" nicest ole guy you can meet but made some bad decisions early on and pays for it every day. He has an old Farmall "H" that he built a wooden cab on and hauls his tools around to various small repair jobs that neighbors etc hire him to do. Used to ride bike all the time but he has gotten quite old and now that he has some work to do needs a trailer. The law knows him well and I'll assure you he doesn't do any drinking in that H because that IS against the law.
