its leagle here in nm, and plenty of drunks do, years ago there was one old man who had had his licence taken away permenently, he had a old hand start john deere b too and everyday he would take that old b and putt down to the area bar get his case of beer and putt back home, nothing they could do about him, but while i never heard of him hitting anybody its my understanding that if you do hit something your wide open to a lawsuite for damages, a guy i knew also lost his licence for i think it was 5 years ,he drove a to 30 ferguson tractor for the whole time, even made a home made cab on it for winter operation
