you'll never fix it successfully it's badly engineered . some people put chevy wheel cylinders in them because they are larger but I wouldn't do that and sell the truck . others put disk brakes on them . It's a poor design and any of the above would hold you responsible. best thing is to give him his money back if your worried about dealing with this guy .
