The people who took the video WERE plants. The people abusing the animals were not. The proposed legislation will protect dairys from exposure by anyone. Animals do not have rights. People who keep them have the responsibility of providing them with a life worth living. The proposed law will allow abusers to operate in the dark while everyone else is kept in the dark. Most of the dairy workers don't have the option of getting another job. This anti-whilstle blower law will tie everyones hands.
