Student rebuilt a 4.0 Jeep engine in my class one year ago. His team put the engine in but we couldn't get it to crank. Thought we had tried everything, but kept going back to him driving it to the school without problems. He came in to work with me to figure it out with nobody else there. In the quiet shop everytime he tried to crank it the A/C compressor clutch would click. I thought SURELY they wouldn't make the same plug-in for the starter. They did. Switched them and it fired right up.
