The little plates on the side of the rear window are for mounting lights(see the pegs).The cutout on the back of the cab roof was for the AC condencer.The doors/windows all use the pin type of hinge.The windows all were of the 'frameless' type.This cab has been pretty well 'butchered.He would be better off just replaceing the entire cab rather trying to rebuild it.
