If the seller wants to haggle he can but if you want to name your price go to an auction where buyer determines the price. My major income is from selling hay and I have dealy with all kinds. I try to make it clear my price is good till Wednesday morning. All prices are adjusted Wednesday evening when the local hay auction results are posted. I don't care if you want 1 or 201 bales prices are the same to everyone. In the delivery charges we can work on a quantity cost. If you came here to price my product and determine my income you would be going home empty handed. I have made offers on Ebay that were often taken and have had no complaint. Just business
