It would be in his best interest to pick up the rocks, but if he doesn"t it probably harms him more than you. I would expect him to maintain tree lines and fence rows, but not restore them if someone else let them get that way. Ask him though, a lot of farmers will clear fence rows if it benifits them. Josh
