thinking on this and the responces makes me happy with my choice i have one nephew and he tried but made some bad choices and lost it but he tried and im proud that he did that my niece is successfull in her life there not close either . so the choice i made was a girl thats close has kids made a successfull career as a nurse ( one nice plus she knows what a person needs as medical issues and not afraid of docs so when its time to go i can) but would love to farm she has kids that someday might be interested and now my challange is to leave it in good shape to pass it on and leave it out of the coperate world and stay in the small family farms
