Breathing exhaust, dodging dangerous traffic, confined to the shafts of the carriage and tiny stable stalls and no access to greener pastures.....OH WAIT.....they are talking about the horses not the people....lol. You know with all the problems in the world...and Im sure hunger and homelessness in NYC, I can see why the horse and carriage problem should be addressed above everything else.
