That picture reminds me of a lady that worked, not really, at some state welfare place that I did a cable job years back. I was there for a week up on ladders pulling cable in the ceiling. One day I noticed this employee going from desk to desk, person to person, group to group doing just that. Jumping in on gossip or whatever, concerned looks on her face like she was making a difference, all day long, the whole time I was there. Every time I'd go up or down a ladder and see her, taxpayer dollar$ put to good use, not really.
