Stainless steel bolts are marked with two slashes at 90 deg. I would be very wary of ones that are not marked. Also they are about as strong as a brass bolt maybe a little more. Not good for anything that needs to be bolted strongly. Walt

For several years I had been driving by a farm house on the west side of Indianapolis that had a John Deere combine parked in high weeds in a lot behind the house.
