If there's a high school near you with an auto shop I'd check with them - the one here does all kinds of repairs - the deal is no charge for labor but you must get the parts thru the school (that's where they make a profit). I'd be looking at salvage yards, too and replace the bumper myself OR buy/fabricate a 'custom' bumper (maybe a hunk of railroad iron? :D )
