Get hold of the State Police and see if they can send someone to explain Federal Motor Saftey Regulations re CDLs, tie downs etc. We had one come to our club once and it was a very interesting speech. Toughest part was when the experts in the group tried to explain to him where he was wrong. Try to get hold of DMV regs and read it before the meeting
