I fell off of a hay rack throwing bales of it into a loft about head high. When I landed I felt and heard something in my left shoulder tear, couldn't lift my arm to shower, I had a lot of sows in the crates and nobody else to take care of them so I endured, about a month later the pain subsided and I never had surgery, I can do a complete arm circle over my head with no pain go figure, this happened about 10 years ago and now I'm 55. Blame it on luck or the body's ability to heal.
