Mine is a 10 horse Coleman 6250. It runs really well and hasn't caused me any trouble. It is very loud, though. I put an automotive muffler on it which helped.
I run it every month or two and always run it out of fuel. She has this cheapie that has set for 5 years with fuel in it and it fires right off. I can see why she would use it for drilling gate posts and things - it is nice and quiet. Granted, mine is double the power, but the noise makes me crazy. That Briggs overhead engine is just a noisy beast.
I am always careful about running things in the off season and prepping them to store. This thing just set there for years and popped right off. I had more trouble starting the Cub Cadet that has sat since November!
