The MF-2200 may be an industrial version of the MF-35 or MF-135. On my MF-35, the PTO lever has two positions, one for "normal" operation and one for "ground drive".(also off in the center position) In the ground drive position the PTO turns in reverse if the tractor is moving in reverse - as it would be when using the three point hitch snow blower. See if you have a two-position PTO lever.
