B&D seems to have described the majority of tractors manufactured during that time span. Sure, the design is antiquated, but for several years Ford tractors had one thing that others did not, a hydraulic lift and three point hitch. One of the greatest time savers ever developed. If they were so flawed, why are they still so popular with small farmers and gardeners today? JMHO.
