I think I have some extra clamps that hold the packer wheels in place and some wheel spindles in my parts stash yet that I bought at a dealer auction several years ago. Sorry I can't help you on your piece.
Myers has parted out many packers, but I don't remember/know about mulchers. I don't think I've walked the yard since about the time Kent's dad passed away, and that's been more than a few years ago.
