I grew up in Charleston through my teen years. I saw snow there once. Their biggest problem is the bridges icing, there's bridges all through the surrounding metro area between the islands that are now developed. As 'old' said, they do not know how to drive there. Also, they want to preserve the old oaks that are grown on the side of many of the secondary roads, the, old live oaks don't move much even in hurricanes. It will be messy and I'll be hauling a couple of generators down to my family.
