Neighbor was stopped this Summer heading into the small Village of Powell with his Full-Grown Combine (no Header) early on a Sunday morning, when a local yoakle stopped him and told him "He could not bring that through town".. Scott politely asked him if he would rather he bring it through town about 8:00AM on Monday...!!! Upon re-considering it, the Constable let him pass on through Town..!!!
