In NJ, those are called "Jug-Handles" and work real good.. Turning traffic does not slow the flow on the highway..but does take getting used to.. Here in Oh10, they are on a stupid kick of putting "Round-abouts"..you won't like round-abouts. They are Expensive and waste a great deal of property (and they think they need Flowers, lights, etc...!!!! In a time of need for Conserving AND Cutting back, this is Asinine..!! Wonder who is appropriating this Money..?? We NEED to know..
