Hit the choose file. When the thumbnail of the photo shows up hit the upload button. When the upload is completed you will see a larger image of the photo on the right side. Then hit the continue button. Once that is done you should see the image URL address in the optional image box. Then if you hit preview my post the photo should show up if you are successful.
