You can find hydraulic remote valves for your Ford 861. The trouble your going to run into is that your Ford is not as high a pressure system as the newer tractors. Like 1750-2000 PSI old and 2500-3000 PSI newer. Plus a fairly low flow rate too. I believe it is about 4 GPM. That will seem real slow when lifting a drill.
Then if you get it hooked up to lift I really wonder if you would have enough horse power/traction to pull the drill. Your Ford 861 is about 45 PTO horse power.
For just food plots you may be better/easier to just borrow a newer larger tractor that already has remotes on it.
