At Cincinnati they have River Rd on the North side of the river and on the South side of the river there is also River Rd. I think that there is also a North Bend Rd on both sides of the river.
I have noticed several counties in SE Indiana have a County Line Rd.

In Harrison, OH and West Harrison, IN there is State St. North bound you are in OH and South bound you are in IN.
