Article on al.com cited the need for poultry farmers to heat the chicken houses, among other reasons for the state of emergency. Here on the Gulf Coast in Baldwin County the price for our old community center building was 2.359 in mid December. @ the house I"m all electric, and not used to the continuous cold weather in our deep south. I know at least 2 batteries are toast from the last deep freeze we had 2 weeks ago. This is gonna be expensive.
