There are 2 types of pioneer, that I have experience with. I have an ASV RC30, that I continually swap attachments, sometimes several times during a cold day. On that, I like the double acting ones, the ones that the sliding collar is about twice as thick, as the single acting pioneers. The difference, is that on the double acting type, you can push the collar in, to latch (or unlatch) or pull it out to latch (or unlatch). Depending on how your hose mounts, this can speed up the connection time.
