Central Nebraska is dry too. Only a couple of inches of fluffy snow so far all winter and have not even used a tractor to move any yet.
Last year's rain totals looked better due to a couple of 5 inch fast rains last fall but most of that went down the crick. Our ground is dry and the fire danger is real.
