Kinda a bad situation. Businesses don't care about the employees and if he called OSHA then he would get fired or the whole place would get shut down and at the very least he would be outcast as a nark. If they won't put up curtains he will have to get his own. Maybe there is enough scrap iron and sheet metal around he can make some up ? Or find another job that welders burn is NO FUN I've done it to myself a few times over the years. I'm sure it didn't help my eyes any either !

We had a mixed farm consisting of grain and dairy all done with old machinery and by hand.
