There is only one good bale wrapper at present....A McHale, made in Ireland and sold in the USA. Every other wrapper is only playing catch-up!. Do go for the lifting arm...The wrapper will be more saleable if you go to change....You just cannot give the other type (without the arm) away here. Sam
