When in collage we got to visit a very large poultry operation. When the power failed he had 4 minutes to get it up and running again or lose all his stock. He used a cheap plug in alarm clock at the PTO generator and made sure the second hand matched his wrist watch for frequency calibration. He also had a plywood ramp on the floor with 4x4 curbs so when he backed the tractor in it funneled to the right PTO spot. He had emergency lighting all over the farm, they would kick on when the power failed so he had visual warning to act quickly. Good luck! joe-
