Old- By mixing those two liquids in an open container you won't find out if any gases are produced. We don't know what the washer fluid is composed of. I am not saying the gases will be flammable but, the expansion of the gases could cause a weak spot to blow-out or even worse....for the tire to explode.
For example: Take baking Soda and put it in a can. then add some vinegar. It will fizz and bubble but not a problem.
Now, put that same mixture in closed container, like a medicine bottle with lid. It will explode due to expanding gases released by the baking soda/vinegar mix.
I'm not saying it will happen but it could. We don't know the chemicals being added.
