I live in Canada, and bought my tractor in Canada, but took it into Washington State and had it stored down there. I had the green card filled out when I took it across the border so that I could prove it wasn't bought in the States. It was never on a farm, to pick up any diseases or parasites or whatever the Canadian government is concerned about.But I had to pay a $45 inspection fee. So, if I take my tractor to shows in Washington, I'll have to pay $45 when I bring it back? Anyone else in Canada know how to avoid this? What a rip off if you have to pay just to bring it back in.
