Assuming it runs! 1} does it have a solid operational charging system for its own starting battery? 2} Are parts available? 3} Service and owners manual? 4} control circuits and governor action to assure 60 cycle operation and noise reduction (electrical cleanliness) 5} Is it noisy and will it need a separate "room"? 6} Is it setup for switchover manually or automatically? 7} Will it power what you need to be powered for continued operation?
