Back about 1962, I drove my M-M "U" tractor 250 miles in two days.First day was towing a "Scott" pea viner from northern Ill. to Beaver Dam.Wis. Second day was the return trip.I got paid very well for both ways. There was six of us going up , but just me on the return trip. Turned the tires around backwards to lessen the wear, That really made a difference. Tractor rides are not new to me, L O L. I have thought about writing about that trip, it was interesting and fun. oleclint
