How big is it? 80 acres is different than 4. Is it good ground? If it"s good size, good ground, take the average corn yield x $4.50 and divide by three. In Pa that is probably the ceiling, and won"t leave much for the farmer. I farm a lot of small, not so good fields. They are pretty common in Pa. I do a good job, keep the roadsides mowed and things looking good. And that is my rent. Josh
