Sorry to hear what your mother is going thru Jay. I'll say a prayer for her and her family! I hope she doesn't loose her insurance being off work that long. I was off a total of 5 months last year for a surgery that went bad on my foot. It isn't fun and it really drained us mentally and in other ways. I would contact a lawyer that's for sure. Not nice to say that at a time like this but just talking from experience. Please keep us posted on how your Mother fairs out.
