For a while my job entailed a 105 mile drive each way, mostly on interstate. What I saw reminded me of what I experienced. The right lane was clear but some drivers would poke along and to pass them you had to get out in the passing lane where it was CRAPPY AND SLICK to get around them. Looks like that's what happened in the video, they were probably passing a slow poke. How long can you poke along when you have a l-o-n-g way to go?
