It depends on the propane service in your area. All we had that was gas was our water heater. They would only allow us to have a small 125 pig so they charged us a $1.00 more a gallon than people who used more in the area. I told them to bring a bigger tank so I could get the discount, they wouldn't didn't use enough. Started having problems with the old gasser, was in the right mood, went out and bought an electronic one just to get rid of the service headaches. If I had natural gas, it'd be a no brainer. Thought about buying my own tank so I could shop around, but didn't think it was worth it.
