From SE MN. When I got up this morning the thermometer said -24F and the windchill according to the fancy weather station dohicky I received for Christmas said -40F. I know that there will be others farther north that have colder but once it gets below 0 it's just plain cold. The Governor even decided on Fri that it was to cold for the little kiddies to go to school today. I think it was in Feb of 96 when that happened last time, memory is a little foggy but i think the air temp was closer to -35 that day for us.
