We have a pump in West Tennessee. Tonight is expected to drop to 9 degrees and only rise to 12 degrees tomorrow. I'm considering securing the pump after the last shower this evening. I will have four 5 gallon buckets of water for flushing etc. Water set aside to make coffee and drink, and I'm curious if any of you have ever still had a pipe freeze, even after shuting off the pump and draining the tank etc?
