if it has fuel and spark, the next thing is how much choke are you using, fords are notoriously touchy on the choke, if there in propper tune they dont like choke, my jubilee starts fine no matter how cold it is in the morning when i feed, but its touchy i mean it has to have a little choke below 20 degrees but by little i mean crank it with the throttle above idle, after the engine is rolling i rapidly pull the choke and push it all the way in, it starts fine and idles like it was already running, but below 20 degrees it wont start just with the throttle,
