Good Morning! I was traveling through Rochester, Minnesota yesterday on US Hwy 52 when I saw a semi-trailer truck heading northwest with what looked like four brand-new, horse-drawn, steel-wheeled manure spreaders. Is there a company in Wisconsin or further east that is building brand-new horse-drawn manure spreaders? The sideboards were dark green, and the iron parts were painted black.
