I work in the coal transportation business sending coal to several Southeastern plants. You really wouldn't understand the entire Barry problem and what it takes to comply with his regulations. People will get fed up with it when they receive a power bill triple of there normal rate or when the gov. regulates your monthly consumption. It is coming, my power company already sends me statements comparing my monthly usage to everyone else. Japan already has limitations on monthly use or pay extra for the overage. His demands are just ridiculous.
